50 cent cord dispenser

How is this a $.50 IKEA hack? If the $.50 sugar dispenser were from IKEA, that would be an IKEA hack. This a $.50 thrift store hack, to contain an IKEA item.
An old teapot can also make a good string dispenser. Place a ball of string int he pot and run the end through the spout.
I can't find the Jules chair and bases on ikea.com anymore! Is it discontinued?
