Not a big fan of in-text ad links.
Not sure what that's in response to, but there aren't any in-text add links in ikeahacker's post or the linked article, so you must have something shady inserting links in the background.

Yes Patrix, I am testing out some text linked ads. Anon, nothing shady going on. :) The ads are those with double underscore and are user-triggered. If you don't want them popping up, just don't mouse over them.
The in-text ads are a little annoying, but they must help pay the hosting bills :)
What was the performece (siqnal quality etc..) before and after?
