Halloween costume - Toxic barrel of waste

"My oldest son's Halloween costume this year is an Ikea hack. He's going as a barrel of toxic waste. We made this from an Ikea Dimpa hamper. We cut head and arm holes, and painted it up."

Hahaha! That's awesome. You should paint him like a zombie - as if the toxic waste made him come back from the dead.
When I was ten-years-old I went as a barrel of toxic waste. I am beyond glad to see that the tradition lives on.
That's funny :) It's such a unique costume idea for older kids who don't want to be batman or disney's cinderella anymore!

When my brother was a barrel of toxic waste, it was cardboard. It had a little pop-up flap that said "The EPS was here." It also was painted to look rather leaky.
This looks so much easier! What a great idea for cylindrical shapes.
